Our Founder
Ruffy Zarookian founded Signal System Management in August 2021 at the intersection of critical infrastructure and cyber security. It is our mission to solve hard problems and bring products to bear to protect our nation’s critical infrastructure.
He comes from one of the most innovative AI based 5G RAN provider on the planet, DeepSig. Before this he spent 4 years pursuing DARPA research as a Principal at Apogee-Research where he investigated cybersecurity aspects for Software Defined Networks, novel DDoS defenses, and vulnerability analysis.
This was preceded by a career in producing radio products for government customers at Digital Receiver Technologies (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company).
